    Course content

  • How do I know the content is current?

    All our authors are experienced, credible practitioners many of whom continue to deliver training. We recognise that material needs updating and all are authors are contracted to review and update their material on a regular basis.

  • Can you prepare content for my company?

    We are able to deliver tailored and branded content for organisations, please contact us for more details.

  • Completing the course

  • Is there a time limit on the courses?

    No. The beauty of eLearning is that you do the course at your pace and when its convenient to you, we only provide an approximate time we feel it should take to complete a course but there is no time limit imposed. 

  • How do I print my certificate?

    As you progress through each module you will see a slider coloured red. When you complete a unit and in turn a module you move the slider across to green. When you have completed all modules and passed all the quizzes you can print a certificate. Please note you can only print a certificate in the name that you enter into the personal details section of this site.

  • Payment

  • How do I buy a course?

    View our course catalogue and choose the course you wish to take. To unlock a course you will be redirected to PayPal to make a secure payment and once complete you will be able to access the course.

  • Can I pay by credit or debit card?

    Yes, you can pay by either method, the page will take you to PayPal but there is no requirement for you to have a PayPal account.
